Disclaimer: The following blog was typed on a document in Zoho writer and I had planned on publishing it to my blog. But for some reason it kept telling me my password or username was incorrect. I logged out and in of my blog about 10 times to make sure it was the correct combo (and it was!) and got frustrated and finally gave up. So here is what I wrote on the document in Zoho.
I enjoyed setting up my free Zoho account and think this is a wonderful tool. I immediately thought of my daughter who is in the graduate program at Asbury Theological Seminary in Lexington, KY and is taking an online class. She has a group project and since all the group members do not live in the area, this tool would be wonderful to collaborate on their research paper. Which then got me to thinking about the science fair project I am working on with two other students for chemistry. Instead of emailing our research paper back and forth to edit each section as we write it, we can use this tool to edit! Genius!
In looking around the site, I found this blog The Joy of Zoho Planner, about how to use the applications and it was stated in a much more interesting and amusing manner than I would have been able to write! I hope none of my readers ever have to use the applications for the same reason as he did, but it is a very practical use! Now if I could just get the thing to post to my blog....
