Thing #16

This is one of the best things I have discovered so far! I have made my homepage iGoogle and had so much fun creating a customized page to meet my needs! This will continue to be my homepage long after 23 Things! I have shared how to use the page with my husband and included things he uses frequently, like a weather page, as well as helpful sites for my classes, like moon phases that we are learning about in chemistry. Gmail sends me reminders about due dates for tests and assignments as well as paying bills and doctor appointments. Some people may find it a bit time consuming to set up, but many things that are reoccurring such as pay dates and bill due dates can be set up on a schedule so you don't have to type it on each time. The calendar will be helpful at school as well to remind me of conferences, special projects that may be due, meetings, etc. I would definitely recommend iGoogle to everyone!
